Our office has been selected to carry out a complete project management assignment (including coordination and project management for the entire project, including the structural work in coordination with the architect).

The project consists of the construction of an innovative and sustainable multi-product gene production centre (BREEAM Excellent) covering a total area of 15,000m² with a total investment budget of €200 million, of which nearly €60 million is for interior finishing and special technical systems (HVAC, black utilities, electricity & instrumentation, automation, clean utilities) under CoCEPTIO’s responsibility.

The project is divided into:

• Classified areas for the Pilot Plant
• Research and development laboratories (Development Labs)
• Analytical and QC laboratories (Analytical Labs)

This reference demonstrates our ability to design innovative production areas and laboratories in a large-scale project.
