CoCEPTIO has built up a strong reputation in the Walloon region in the life sciences industry and has become a partner to SMEs and hospitals, as well as some high-profile clients, securing its first large-scale projects worth several million Euros (Catalent in Gosselies and EyeD Pharma in Liège, to name but two).

A group of engineers who happen to be friends decide to set up a design office that would go on to become a key player when it comes to planning and implementing industrial and similar projects. At the beginning they keep things local, but their ambition is to grow internationally.

The team grows quickly and by 2020, it is made up of more than thirty people. That’s why CoCEPTIO moves to larger premises, but still in Mons.
2022
To support CoCEPTIO's international development and sector diversification, Damien Bachelart and Thierry Marchandisse are opening up the company's capital both internally and externally. Wallonie Entreprendre and IMBC, two committed institutional investors, are joining the capital structure, as is Cédric Laffitte, whose strong operational background is a valuable asset in developing our range of services.
